I want to be a doctor. I made this discovery in my thirties. I had always been interested in the medical field but felt that it was beyond me. Fortunately, many years of tutelage under the auspices of Professor Life Lessons has taught me that the only thing beyond me is me. I control my own destiny and if I put my mind to it, I can accomplish anything.
So, this is the story of my journey... only the gods know if I'll actually become Dr. McCoy Bartko one day, but as they say, it's all about the journey, not the destination.
Self doubt can no longer be my co-pilot in life; his license has been revoked.
